Apparently, despite the information in the website: https://ajuntament.barcelona.cat/guardiaurbana/en/contact, the Tourist Assistance Service (Police) seems to be discontinued because of the pandemic and the drop in the number of tourists.

The Ciutat Vella Territorial Unit has a translation service - tourist service. It is open 24 hours a day, Monday to Friday.

Its main task is to assist victims when receiving their complaints and reports.

The service also includes advice for cancelling stolen bank cards, various procedures such as contacting consulates, airlines, social services and hotels and any other need that arises from the intervention.
